I specialize in coaching divorced LDS men and women aged 45 and above. My goal is to help you move past the emotional pain of divorce and create a brighter, more fulfilling future. But my practice is not limited to the LDS religion, I coach all divorced individuals.

How are the sessions conducted?

All coaching sessions are held via Zoom, so you can participate from the comfort of your home or any private space.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

Coaching and therapy are different. While therapy often focuses on healing past trauma or diagnosing mental health conditions, coaching focuses on helping you set and achieve future goals. Coaching is ideal for those who feel ready to move forward and create a positive change in their lives.

I offer a free 60-minute consultation where we can discuss your goals and determine if coaching is a good fit for you. There’s no obligation to commit after the consultation.

I currently offer the following packages:

12 sessions for $1800

6 sessions for $900

How long do I have to use my sessions?

You have four months from the date of purchase to schedule and use your sessions. This allows you the flexibility to proceed at a pace that suits your needs.
