10 Questions to Consider When Hiring a Life Coach
Are you curious about life coaching and wondering if it's worth the investment? If you are let me tell you a little about how I found coaching. A few years ago I had no idea what a Life Coach was. I was probably like so many other people in the world, I wasn't exposed to a Life Coach until a few months into the pandemic and lockdown. I heard one give a speech on a podcast I began listening to and I liked what she had to say, it resonated with me. I wrote down the name of the coach and I began listening to her podcast which was short, entertaining, plus I was learning new ideas. I began practicing what I was learning from the podcast in my life. I soon joined her coaching program and became even more excited about the possibilities and changes I was seeing in myself as I implemented this new way of approaching life.
